2. digitally drawn and painted One of the most unique programs available to digital artists is Corel's Painter. This program allows you to really DRAW, using pencils, pens, markers, paint, etc. But you never have to clean a brush and you never run out of paint. It's pointless to use Painter without a graphics tablet with a pressure sensitive pen. I use a 6" X 8" Intuos tablet from Wacom. These samples are some of my sketches done entirely on the computer in Painter.
